Type on a curved surface will garble. Stop trying to prompt your way out of it and fix it where it's fixable.
The problem
Small text wrapped around glass or a tube is the single most reliable failure in AI product work. The model gets the shape of the word roughly right and the letters wrong, and no amount of re-rolling fixes it reliably — you’re just buying lottery tickets at a few seconds each.
The working method is to stop asking for the type at all. Generate a clean product with a plain label area, then put the real type on in post, where it’s a two-minute job and it’s correct every single time.

“Evenly lit across its full width” is what makes the post step easy. A blank panel with a hot spot forces you to match a gradient by hand.
The 90–95% opacity is what stops the type looking pasted on. Printed ink never reads as pure vector black on a photograph.
Vector artwork means you can reuse the same file across every asset in the campaign, which is a consistency win the model can’t give you at any price.
What to watch for
- The model adding text to a panel you explicitly asked to leave blank — it happens; regenerate rather than fight it.
- Warping type too aggressively; real labels are printed flat and then wrapped, so the distortion is gentler than it feels like it should be.
- Forgetting the grain pass. Clean type over grainy render is instantly visible.
The drill
Take a product you've already rendered with garbled type. Regenerate it once with the blank-panel block, then place your wordmark over it in whatever editor you have. Time both routes: how long you spent re-rolling for legible type before, versus how long the post fix takes. The number will settle this for you permanently.
